Did you know that humans on average live about 4,000 weeks! That’s it. 4,000 weeks, that’s about 77 years, that’s only 77 summers, falls, springs, and winters. The book encourages its reader to spend their limited time intentionally since it’s a finite resource. I have severe time anxiety, was worried it might make it worse, but I actually found the book helpful in helping me confront the finitude of life.

“4,000 weeks doesn’t feel like enough time but it’s all we’ve got! this really shook me up and I think about it when I have to make big decisions about how I’m spending time on earth”

“Life changing book for me - after a couple re-reads decided to ask for a four day work week in lieu of a raise, which may be my single best ever rec all on its own.”

“by Oliver Burkeman Because I have ADHD, I of course listened to the audiobook (thank you, Libby!) while walking, biking, cleaning and gardening. It’s like getting well-researched advice from a friend.”
