Obsidian is the best knowledge management tool
Anyone who collects lots of information or does a ton of research needs this amazing knowledge management tool. All you need to get started is to download Obsidian on to your computer (device of choice) and go. They don’t ask for your email and you don’t have to create a user name, nothing like apps these days. Most importantly, everything is stored locally (as simple text or markdown files) on your computer (and/or phone) so YOU OWN and control all your data. Obsidian can disappear tomorrow and you can still access all your files and information. No subscription just download the software and you own it. Obsidian unlike notion also has a graph view where you can see how all your ideas connect! Obsidian is one of my all time favorite programs and I can see myself using it my entire life.
