“I suppose I was fond of their pre-SNL output, and generally a fan of their off kilter next gen-ish Lonely Island pretape stuff for SNL but I'll be damned if their new podcast doesn't have me by the throat in a way none of their prior material (or frankly any other podcast?) ever has. The parasocial element is compounded by them both living in my neighborhood but it would have developed regardless.”
