Baked Oatmeal (NYT gift link)

My neighbor brought this over the morning after I had my third child and it was so good that it’s now in my rotation for what to bring my postpartum friends. Good warm, good cold, good with yogurt, good gobbled out of your bare hand. Increase the fruit by at least a cup.

“I don’t eat cold breakfasts in cold weather. This baked oatmeal reheats well and can be switched up lots of ways with different fruits, nuts, spices, and toppings. I skip the brown sugar and sub olive oil for the melted butter to save the extra butter melting step. I like this with sliced bananas for the fruit and flaky salt and tahini drizzled on at the end.”
