mulholland drive (2001)

mulholland drive is what You make of it. the film, much like the city of los angeles that it inhabits, is cruel and confounding and absurd and intoxicating and maddening. but my god it is beautiful. it is so, so beautiful.

“David Lynch’s masterpiece is rich enough to watch every year for the rest of your life. It will work it’s way into your subconscious and upend how you consume other pieces of media.”
