Recess
Recommended by Myan Aljets
Just recently re-entered my life by introducing this show to my 1st grader. I forgot how cute and clever this show is. All the storylines are filled with secret kid codes and the social structures of the playground. Highly rec.

Ashley Spinelli, my paisan, one of the best cartoon characters ever (being voiced by Pamela Adlon only affirms that fact).

I was far too old to be watching this show and desperately wanted to see the movie but no one would go with me. When a guy asked me out, I forced him to go with me. No regrets.

I was definitely in high school haha. And if your date didn’t fall in love with you based on this decision alone, he clearly missed out!

He took me without complaint!
