Long t-shirt dress

What to wear: big t-shirt dress. Something easy to take on or off, plus access to the baby during triage, if you catch my drift. TBH I remember packing a million things only to just be laying in my hospital gown the entire time.

Everything else: Tiny sound machine (this one doubles as an Bluetooth speaker), extra long charging cords, a good lip balm, personal socks and blanket might be the top of my list. Everything else was just stuff to carry. Hot take is maybe less is more bc you’ll be focused on rest 🤞 and baby.
