No movie has altered my brain chemistry quite like this one. It was the summer of 2002. I was in high school. We went to the Aurora Picture Show in Houston (RIP). To this day, photobooths and garden gnomes bring me comfort... and I feel like I see the most beautiful things in the mundane. Under this ultra jaded shell, lives a tiny romantic Amelie.
