After spending a LONG time telling myself and others that I simply was “Not a Good Cook (Mama Tried!),” a few things coalesced in a short period of time that moved me to “Confident Beginner.”
My (very excellent creative cook) Aunt Blake sending me this video was one of those things. This expanded my understanding of the possibility of ingredients, gave me permission to experiment, and all in all really upped my salad dressing game.
