Full disclosure idk if this is available in a ton of places but I can find this in my local grocery in NC. I’m not vegan but I don’t always love meat & this stuff, omg, it has a great textural bite & the flavour is so on point. Comes together in literally three minutes & is a staple in our house, the carnitas is where it’s at
