Seka Hills

This is hands down our favorite olive oil. The olives are estate grown and pressed on tribal land of the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation. It is incredibly delicious and versatile: tender and nuanced enough to act as a finishing oil yet sturdy enough to really cook with. The quintessential everyday oil. We never buy anything without checking the price per ounce. It is, in my opinion, the only way to determine whether something is a good value. On a per oz basis, this is comparable in price with oils that are a mere fraction of the quality. We buy it in bulk!
