Colonial Williamsburg is kind of my Disney World. Any recommendations for other sites (U.S. or world) where you can dive into historic life, crafts, occupations, etc?

Seattle, WA Visit

Very different vibe from Williamsburg, but if you like history and are ever in Seattle try the underground tour. After the fire in late 19th century, the city was rebuilt on top of the old ruins. The ruins and old shopfronts are still preserved and you can tour them.
