Send me your best snacks! It’s OK if they are fancy, but I also welcome packaged or extremely easy snacks. Feeding yourself all the time can really feel like a job and I can only eat so many Lara bars before feeling sad.

Popcorn with soy sauce and nutritional yeast. Better than it sounds I promise! Alternatively, I also love melting cheese on popcorn.

My mom always sprinkled a little water on popcorn so the salt / yeast would stick better

Love this vibe. I use a spray bottle for the soy so that it doesn’t soak the kernels (usually with enough EVOO in the pot and soy we make the yeast stick). If you are someone who manages stovetop heat well, I also highly recommend a little bit of garlic powder at the bottom of the pot— but definitely be careful because it will toast andyou don’t want to stress about burning spices!
