Eric Kim’s family broccoli, cheese, & rice casserole

This is neither fancy, nor is it particularly traditional (to my Thanksgiving table at least). But it is so, so good. Even as I’ve pared my typical feast back, this has remained by popular demand. I use homemade garlic broth to cook the rice in because I think it adds something (and adds enough labor to make it feel more Thanksgiving, lol), but rest is exactly as written.
