Mirazur is a thoughtfully curated tasting experience that takes you through a garden via the stars. This tasting menu that changes biweekly is based on the astrological freshness of local ingredients.

This tasting menu may be built on the stars but the wine pairing will transport you to another galaxy. I’ve never experienced food that is so completed by a sip of wine but the sommelier at Mirazur has most certainly achieved it.

No photo I share will do this experience justice so I’ll leave you with this: within the first 10 minutes of arrival we were drinking champagne out of a real live rose we picked off a garden wall… I shall never recover.
