Mooring at Villafranche-sur-Mar

We rolled into town and popped right onto a mooring ball near the beach. Upon said mooring ball is a QR code to request your stay.

While we waited for our request to be approved we swam to the nearest beach and lounged for a while.

Upon returning to our boat, our request had been approved and we were able to pay by bank transfer. Roughly $18 usd or something thereabouts.

One of many wonderful things about this town is the free dinghy dock. We puttered for less than 5 minutes to shore and tied right up. Thankful for a short step allowing us to exit our small dinghy with a bit more ease.

Keep in mind we are visiting in September which is considered more important during an off season. During peak season a pre arranged reservation is likely required.
