Limon Spritz

The Limon Spritz or Limoncello Spritz is a boat worthy drink for floating in the med. Similar to an Aperol Sprits but replace the Aperol with limoncello and you have the most refreshing beverage for a day in the sun.

We discovered this drink during our trip to a town called Menton three years ago. Menton is a small town on the boarder of France an Italy and it is known for its lemons. I’m not sure we drank anything but these for months after leaving the area and are thrilled to return during this trip.
