Advice for imposter syndrome during new job? I recently started a new position (internal transfer at the same company I’ve been with for 7 years) and am feeling big time imposter syndrome. I have more exposure to our departments leaders, am managing someone for the first time, and am wading through tech jargon because my role bridges needs of my dept with needs of my company’s tech dept. specifics aside, does anyone have good recs on how to take on new challenges in stride?
