The bad news: it’s 111 out. The good news? You can brew a liter of The Republic of Tea Hibiscus Sangria Iced Tea. Fill a glass with ice, mix tea with a squeeze of RE’AL Prickly Pear Infused Syrup. Optional: A few dropperfulls of Dram Palo Santo herbal bitters and a handful of fresh summer fruit. It is ruby red and so refreshing, even when the desert decides to burn your face off.
