Heating Pad
Recommended by MichelleLove this in the winter! It lives at the foot on my bed. I turn it on a few minutes before crawling into bed. Helps me fall asleep faster.

Yet another thing I've been meaning to buy for ages but was overwhelmed by all the options and Rec League helped me finally decide (so nice to see what actual humans are using and love) 🙏 Can't believe I waited so long to get a heating pad!

Sometimes you just need a huge heating pad to get the job done. I have reoccurring back pain and a hot water bottle just doesn’t cut it when I need to lie on my back!
