perler beads: 4 is old enough that she won’t swallow these 😅 they’re actually cute beads for necklaces and such, but they also melt together to make other objects. I suggest a kit with some bead stencils!

mt Bright 10 Color Boxed Set: I love washi tape for kids because it’s easy to tear and they can pretty much tape it to any surface and it won’t damage because it’s so low-tack. I guarantee it’s open-ended enough for a creative kid to feel like they hit the jackpot with this and a little freedom to explore on their own.

Kitpas Rice Wax Crayons: I often gift these to kids 3 years old and older because they can be used so many different ways and on so many different materials! This plus a giant ream of letter-sized printer paper would be a huge hit!

box of art materials: One year for Christmas, I gifted my daughter a big box of miscellaneous art materials—felt, construction paper, water colors, a pair of scissors, some stencils, coloring pencils, and paint. She absolutely loved it. The best part—most of it was free from my local Buy Nothing Group!
