Buttery Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Any tried-and-true recipes and meal ideas for hosting over the holidays? Excited to have houseguests, but would feel better if I had rough meal plans sorted in advance! A few things to note: -will be a mix of vegetarians and meat eaters, but no one is fussed about whether or not there’s meat in a meal. -need food ideas for the whole week, not Christmas day. -we live near a costco (but have very limited fridge/freezer space).
