Full disclosure: this is my art and Etsy shop!
Earlier this year, I was living in Chicago and burnt out. I hadn't been able to create anything for myself in months. Then on a whim, I decided to start painting Lake Michigan each day to capture how its colors change from day to day.
After making several of these paintings purely for myself, I got brave and shared it on Substack. To my genuine shock, it went viral. People with ties to Lake Michigan from around the world saw their own experiences in my art. And they asked for prints!
In the spring I did a limited run of prints. I took a bit of a break, but I'm bringing my prints back, now in an Etsy shop (linked).
Sharing here for any fellow lovers of Lake Michigan and its ever-evolving landscape 🩵
Note: better photos of my prints coming soon!
