Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek: Might be the loveliest museum I’ve ever visited. Small enough to see everything in a relaxed afternoon and the coffee shop is set adjacent to the lush atrium space and is just basically chic on all levels.

Meyers Bageri - østerbro: One of the bakers who started Meyers Bageri started the original “Noma” or Nordic food movement. There are a few locations, but I loved this one hidden in the neighborhood which is quiet and close to lots of the second locations of many popular stores in the city center - Pico, Ganni, etc. It’s a quick walk to another great coffee spot, Dallas, as well.

The classic cinnamon and cardamom bun are must haves but the sleeper is the tebirke.

Wulff & Konstali - Copenhagen Cafe: Tucked inside Nordhavn’s Audo House, Wulff & Konstali feels more like a quiet retreat than a typical cafe. Part design showroom and part restaurant, the space is calm and thoughtfully designed- an especially good fit for design lovers looking to linger over a fresh croissant and organic coffee. They also offer brunch, but I found the coffee and pastries to be the highlight
