How do you keep from mentally spiraling? Do you have tips or tricks to pull yourself out of it? How do you know when you’ve wallowed enough and you need to move on? At work, in life, whatever the case may be. I’d love to know what works for you.

What are your favorite SOUR candies? 🍬 Bonus points for hard candies. I love Warheads. What else??? I have to go through a medical treatment soon where I’ll be radioactive for about a week, and on day 2 they say I need to suck on sour candies so that the radioactivity doesn’t stay in my salivary glands for too long. Might as well make it “fun” and try new types. Help!

Your favorite places in Japan? Planning a trip in late fall, really love music, art, and nature. Would love any recs that really floored you or felt deeply cultural!
