What is your favorite labor intensive salad recipe?

I haven’t lived in Brooklyn in 10 years but still dream about this salad. I have their cookbook and have made it, it’s worth the effort. An amazing mix of fried kale, Brussels sprouts, fresh herbs, and flavors.
