Heavy Duty Shears: I keep some regular paper-weight scissors and I have some food-specific scissors as well. But the ones I use most are a heavy duty pair like these. Great for flower stems, opening packages and cutting heavy cardboard, etc.

Joyce chen kitchen scissors: Honey, I’m not the first, but boy oh Boy, these are good kitchen scissors. Last night, I needed to chop up some rhubarb but I reallllly didn’t want to dirty a cutting board so I just got out my Joyce Chen’s and snipped all of the stalks into perfect sized pieces, right into the bowl. Chef’s kiss.

Craighill Chroma Scissors: I was just gifted these beautiful scissors for my birthday. I’ve already used them on some art paper for collaging and they are SMOOTH. Maybe even fancier than my fabric scissors. A perfect gift I didn’t know I needed :)
