Reading a spicy fiction book

I am serious all day and do adult things. I want to exert no mental effort. Reading some hot garbage transports me, gets my eyes sleepy, and winds my brain down.

+1 here! Reading before bed is essential but it must be something easily digestible that does not require thinking. Plot-driven, full of familiar tropes and a somewhat predictable ending = a good night’s rest.
