Preply: Learn with online language tutors: I haven’t tried this yet but it comes highly recommended from a colleague. Scan through tutor bios (with reviews) at different price points, many of which are incredibly affordable.

mango: I like this one a lot— but honestly I only use this one because it’s FREE with my library card. Check out your local library’s website— chances are they will give you access to an app much better than Duolingo!
