Mnemosyne Notebooks: Top tier writing experience… the ink just flows so nicely over this paper. They’re readily available in the US and they’re reasonably priced. I don’t love the coil, but the paper is so dreamy that I’m willing to look past it.

Midori MD Notebook Journal A5 Grid Block: i swear to sweet baby jesus i have never in my life journalled as much as i have since acquiring this one. a rec from a thoughtful friend who is as equally neurodivergent as me & just GETS IT.

something about the tiny grids and the pages divided into four sections makes this spicy brain very joyful. BIG FAN. HUGE.

Appointed “The Notebook”: This notebook functions as beautifully as it looks. I received one as a gift and will never go back.

I’ve found I like both the blank and lined sides.

The paper is thick and smooth. It can bleed just a little so I don’t recommend for artwork. But the writing experience is perfect for journaling and note-taking!

Rhodia No. 16 Blank Pad: This paper is smooth as butter and doesn’t bleed! I’m a calligrapher so I can be a real snob. Cost effective too! Best for ink and artwork.
