Best recs for staying healthy when traveling or a lot of activity back to back? I have an unfortunate situation post-lockdown where anytime I have a lot going on back to back and don’t get much downtime that my body starts to breakdown. Haven’t been diagnosed w autoimmune or anything, but my body seems to have a hard time keeping up when I’m busy. Ps I always wear masks on planes still!
