California Props got you twisted?

Sometimes I have to outsource my brain. For instance, this election cycle, the sheer number of California Props on the ballet is just killing me. I have found in the past that the League of Women Voters has been aligned with my politics and they thankfully put out a recommendations list including detailed explanations.
