Ice Cream for Breakfast

When I was a kid I imagined I'd be having ice cream for breakfast all the time as an adult. It's what I thought grownups did. A few months ago at the age of 25, I finally gave in to my childhood dreams and Snoopy-like tendencies and actually had an ice cream sundae for breakfast for the first time. Spiritually, it was a phenomenal and strong start to the day. Physically, I did have to nap in the afternoon. I think everyone who has ever thought about having ice cream for breakfast should try it once.

I made breakfast for dinner one time for my then 2 yo (nothing fancy, waffles). 5 years later he still talks about it. I can’t wait to try ice cream for breakfast 😂 it’s going to be epic

I grew up with no interest in breakfast food because my mom would let me eat whatever I wanted (as long as I ate SOMETHING before school). For my birthday I would always get an ice cream cake and I’d have leftovers for breakfast the next day and it was elite. What kid would like cereal when ice cream is an option??

I used to have ice cream for breakfast any time I'd stayed up all night doing work - usually school work. Fortunately, I haven't had to do that in a while but the trade-off has been less breakfast ice cream . . .
