Backside of LADWP Building

LADWP buildings are particularly beautiful. I believe they were originally built so beautifully on purpose as advertisements for a newly developing Los Angeles! Their customer service center is in a beautiful green art deco building in Lincoln Heights (you can go inside). Pictured here is their amazing 1965 HQ. Just wait till you see it at night it’s like a paper lantern.
