Favorite Reddit boards??

I love grilled cheese. Love to watch people experimenting in here, the trials and tribulations of grilling a cheese sandwich, the debate over what does and doesn't qualify as grilled cheese, grilled cheese purists, people trying grilled cheese for the first time...there's a lot going on. I've never posted.

This sounds like my type of subreddit. I love cheese!!! My Dad’s go to grilled cheese experiment hack is an extremely light layer of mayo on the bread before toasting it (it gives it a nice buttery flavor/texture without being overpowering). Do you have any favorites you’ve seen from this sub so far?

I’ve heard of this! For mayo specifically: combine that with veryyyyyyy low heat and for a long time on either side to allow the cheese enough time to melt & keep the bread golden/crispy/from burning.
