ZUMBA

Maybe those fitness moms in the 2000s were onto something…

I’ve been going to Zumba at my local 24 hour fitness for a few months and LOVE it. Hands down my favorite form of cardio now. I especially love the undeniably social aspect to it (shoutout to Shelly my 75 yr old Zumba class bestie)

“I started during the pandemic, I didn't think I'd like it but I had to stop with the arrival of my baby and guys, I MISS it. I listen to my zumba playlist and I remember my classes with fondness and nostalgia. It's never too late to discover new parts of yourself!”
