Yes! "Hold my beer!" I say to nearest adult, lunging for the bounce house. It's also easy easier to get kids out of the water if you're in there with them and you get out together.
Be an adult the kids will remember who jumped in the pool with them, helped them catch balls before their baseball game and in general was doing activities WITH them. It’s way more fun for both of you when you’re getting messy.
