including cute photos of the pet in question when emailing your vet

My vet clinic has a feature wherein we can text each other. The entire staff has access to it. I think it's like email for them. When they open his file, they can see our entire text chain. I think it's supposed to be for sending photos of problems (does this cut look infected to you?) but that's not what I use it for. Veterinarians in the States do not have a good mental health landscape so I like to help.
