Requests from Margo

Looking for plug in sconces that give off a good amount of light and look good doing it to light an awkward spot in our home where we can’t do overhead. Under $400?

How you relieve chronic neck shoulder and upper back pain from computer work, bad posture and stress? Would love both consistent recs and recs for in the moment when it’s at its worst.

Looking for neutral low profile sneakers (with real arch support!) that look good with barrel leg pants and can be worn to work? Originally bought the tan adidas sambas with white stripes for this but looking for something more comfy with more personality

Help me get rid of my bedroom clothes chair! And start eating at my kitchen table instead of using it as a dumping ground! How did you start putting things away immediately and/or what systems did you develop to stop creating piles everywhere?

I am looking for ideas, books, quotes, poems, art, whatever, that will help give me the courage to make a very scary decision that mainly requires finally accepting that There Is No Right Answer, I Will Never Feel Ready, I Can't Control The Outcome and just generally making myself terrifyingly vulnerable to the whims of the universe. An example of a good one was the book 4,000 Weeks by Oliver Burkeman, but googling "what to read after 4,000 weeks" isn't getting me anywhere! Help?!

Millennial women, what do you consider your current version of the ever elusive “going out top” and where do you go to find it?

Honest recs for remembering to do things that are good for you when you’re caught up in the daily grind? Not quite so simple as drinking water, I’m thinking more like posture exercises or practicing something you’ve been working on in therapy. You don’t hate it but it takes presence and effort and a notification you can just swipe away doesn’t cut it.

Women’s raincoat that is waterproof and has a hood but is also chic? (Why is this so hard to find?) Mainly for city dwelling.

An affordable hurts so good massage in BK (ideally Crown heights or Prospect Heights!) where I can walk out feeling better when I've got a muscle spasm???? Don't care about atmosphere, just want it to work!

Your absolute best under bed storage hacks/containers for maximizing the space?
