Camp Snap Super 8: We got this for our elopement and have since kept it on our coffee table to quickly capture whatever nonsense is happening without grabbing our phones. I was skeptical but we have come to love it. It is very quick (on button and the trigger) and it has nice format and preset options, the videos are not iPhone quality but the handheld shooting gives the footage a very intimate nostalgic feel. It is not small but it’s perfect for around the house and light weight enough for outings just less of an “always in the bag” option. It’s also on sale and used on marketplace pretty regularly.

Instax Mini Evo: Okay this isn't "cheap" per se, but I bought one a few months ago to be more intentional and return to taking analog photos instead of on my phone. The Instax Mini includes the ability to review the photos like a normal digital camera, and choose what to print. Worth it!
