Halo x aden + anais 2-in-1 Bedside BassiNest Sleeper

Our first bassinet was largely an aesthetic decision. Yes, it looks gorgeous like a puffy little fabric peach- but it requires highly specific sheets, needs regular slip cover removal and washing, is a little too low to the ground to be easy on adult bodies, is hard to haul from room to room— and it took our baby like 11 hours to grow out of it. The pics we got were cute, but not cute enough to be worth all that!

We just made the switch to the Bassinest and love it so much that we got a second one for my parents’ place. It’s sturdy (a word I barely used and now suddenly use all the time, parenthood will humble you), easy to assemble, spot clean and move, and the mesh means we can see her stirring.

It was such a newb mistake to be superficial about the bassinet!
