As with all “methods” there are certain things that feel impossible and didactic (and we don’t even have a toddler yet) but she’s a vibe.

If all she had explained to me was that babies aren’t like guests at a party who need a constant flow of stimulation and chatter but are, in fact, people doing their own thing who need space to dream and think- Dayenu, it would have been enough.
