They're narrow and short enough to fit comfortably on close, shallow shelves, and the glass is helpful for seeing shorter thingamajigs inside. Akishika Junmai Bambi Cups are a favorite, as are Oyaji Gokuraku Eyeball Ginjo Sake (opaque but worth it) and Ohmine Junmai Cup (diminutive, pleasantly abstract).
