santa fe is one of my favorite places in the world. i have so many recs, but la choza is the top for restaurants (paper dosa is a close 2nd). make sure to show up before they open to get on the waitlist!

“The Choza Burn is my favorite margarita - just the right amount of spicy. Oh and also the posole a la Mexicana - topped with avocado, onions, tomato, jalapeño, cilantro, purple cabbage & fresh lime. Yum.”
