The first time I read this book aloud I was so sure I was being pranked but what you gotta do is let the boomberry zoomberry and pretty soon the razzamatazzberry starts hitting and then eventually you’re reading Degen’s family berry-picking recollections through tears and I guess what I’m saying is this is an important book and reading it a thousand times is good for everyone involved

My dad once recorded my toddler "reading" it (reciting from memory). Dad is gone and toddler just turned 26 but Jamberry is forever 💗💗💗💗💗💗
