Klein Technique™ / Stretch & Placement

I feel like the world withheld this beautifully goth somatic practice from me for my whole ballet career. Thankfully I was introduced to Barbara Mahler in my late 30’s and now my pelvis, spine, whole self feels forever changed and grateful.

Klein Technique™ works at the level of the bone, the simplest and deepest structure in the body to work with clarity, imagery, and energy. Working on this level allows you to drop in under the layers of muscle which holds us in set postural configurations. My feet feel softer, my shoulder blades find a comfy home, my stride is long and loose. Whether you sit at a desk, dance all day, or something in between, I cannot recommend it enough.
