Ratio Four Coffee Machine

Recently picked up the Ratio Four, and I’ve been really enjoying how simple and intuitive it is to use. It’s a relatively affordable automatic pour-over machine that takes most of the guesswork out of the process without making things complicated.

Just drop in a compatible filter, dose your coffee as you normally would for a pour-over, add your desired amount of water, press a button, and let it do its thing. The only real variable you need to dial in is your grind size, and once you find your sweet spot, you’re pretty much set for a consistently yummy cup of coffee.

I’m still working out a few kinks since I’ve only had it for a little while, but so far, it’s been a super straightforward way to get a great cup without having to stand over a kettle every morning. Definitely worth checking out if you want the simplicity of an automatic brewer with the feel of a pour-over.
