Charm (Clairo)

I had to revisit this request for some truly unskippable albums. Another standout is ✨ CHARM ✨ by clairo. It exudes a sense of class, maturity, and timelessness, reminiscent of early Motown and the grooves of the Isley brothers. In my opinion, it’s her best work and a significant departure from her earlier style, particularly with songs like Pretty Girl and Flaming Hot Cheetos.

Shout out to Leon Michels, (AKA El Michels Affair) the producer of this album. He makes some really great records & I’d recommend you to check out his stuff.
