Love a lace blouse this time of year

Autumnal “nice” clothes?? Open to knee/midi length skirts or really special pants. Nice tops always welcome. I have some baptisms, Thanksgiving, things of that nature coming up and hate my current fall options. The skirt and dress I do like are a little short for my preference for these events. It hasn’t been cold enough to bust into the sweater dresses and I don’t want to go full winter in black. I don’t ever like wearing a peasant dress look but somehow that’s two of my current fall dresses that fit into this category?! Why did I do that?!
