Le Veau d’or

Ok I’m breaking the rule of this collection here by NOT recommending my go-to food item on the menu, but I’ve only been here once for my 1 year wedding anniversary and I just need to tell you about how good it was. The service was immaculate, but not too stuffy. Kinda felt like a very expensive fancy French diner (compliment). I got the seasonal menu items and the squash soup was the best I’ve ever had, and my fish had a perfect crust of potato medallions made into a trompe l’oeil fish scales. Might make it a tradition to go for our anniversary every year because it’s too expensive but I need to go back.
